Summer is in full swing at the Noah’s Ark Farm Shop – visit now to browse some scrumptious local produce, choose from our new and blooming range of flowers and plants, or take away a mouth-watering seasonal meal made by our farm-kitchen chefs!

Whether you are an avid cyclist or en route completing some errands or deliveries; we are a perfect pit-stop for a quick cup of coffee and an ice-cream. Located in the carpark at Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm, just six miles from Bristol in Wraxall, we also have free car parking and toilets to make your visit as convenient as possible.

Since opening two years ago, our farm shop has been championing sustainability by supporting local suppliers and their products. Reducing food miles is important to us and even more important for the planet. We have a fabulous range of local produce to choose from this summer, from Rose Farm chutneys to ewe cheese from Fairlands to Radfords’ fudge.

We have in stock a wide selection of jams and marmalades from Bumblee’s Preserves – with exciting flavours such as mojito, gin and tonic, and orange and ginger, they are an absolute must-try this summer. This Somerset-based artisan business is run by Francine in her home kitchen where she uses family recipes for her products, as well as experimenting with new ideas for daring and delicious flavours.

Another local supplier we support is Waggle & Hum, a Clevedon-based honey farm that produce honey in small batches straight from the hive. This form of harvesting and producing honey is far more sustainable than mass production and provides a unique, high-quality product – it is mouth-wateringly good!

If you’re someone who likes a bit of a hot kick with their food, we are also loving our selection of chilli sauces from The Wicked Chilli, a family-run chilli farm just down the road in North-Somerset. With the sauces ranging from mild to super-hot, and all being gluten-free and many vegan too, there is something here for everyone to enjoy.

We also have Moat Farm meats that are produced locally on the family farm. Products include cuts of lamb, beef, and pork – as well as venison sausages from Grove Game that are perfect for the BBQ season. Just grab yourself some of our fluffy bread buns to go with them and you are good to go!

Our new summer collection of vibrant flowers and plants has also arrived at the Farm Shop – all ready to add a pop of colour to your garden. We have a stunning range of flowerbed essentials, including bee-friendly, nectar-rich salvias and eye-catching geraniums. We also have some sweet-smelling lavender pots, bell-shaped pink fuchsias, as well as strawberry plants - and many more!

If you fancy a night off from cooking, but still want to eat something wholesome, healthy and delicious, our chef-made ready meals are the thing for you. Our Head Chef Gary has worked in Michelin star restaurants and pubs and is passionate about incorporating local produce in his cooking, so you’re in for a treat! This month’s special is a gorgeous creamy chicken korma, with our scrumptious sausage casserole and beef lasagne available too.
